We collect the following types of information:
- Contact information you voluntarily provide — such as your name, email address, phone number, and business name — when you fill out a contact form, book a call via Calendly, or send us an email.
- Communications — emails, call recordings (when you interact with our AI voice agent, Alex, as a test or during a pilot), and messages you send us.
- Usage data — information about how you use our website, including pages visited, time spent, and browser or device information, collected through cookies and similar technologies.

4. AI Voice Agent Disclosure
AETHERNO deploys AI-powered voice agents ("Alex") that answer inbound calls on behalf of our clients. Calls handled by Alex may be recorded and/or transcribed for quality assurance, training, and service delivery purposes.
In compliance with the FCC's Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and applicable state laws (including Texas, Florida, and Arizona regulations), callers interacting with Alex are or will be informed at the start of the call that they are speaking with an automated service. Our clients are responsible for ensuring their call handling practices comply with applicable laws in their jurisdiction.
